Yes—all employees must log into Employee Navigator and complete enrollment, even if you're not making changes.
Yes! You can cover your legal spouse and children up to age 26 (or older if they’re disabled and can’t support themselves).
You start with DirectMed Clinic. T&D pays the membership, so you get unlimited visits for cuts, checkups, or chronic issues—with no bill and no copays. Labs, stitches, X-rays, and common prescriptions are also covered at no cost to you.
If DirectMed refers you, your care is covered at 100%. If you go on your own to a First Health provider, you’ll have a copay—and you’ll pay deductible and coinsurance for things like surgeries or hospital stays.
Most prescriptions are handled through DirectMed or US-Rx Care, and over 1,100 common drugs are fully covered. Need something brand-name? You may be able to get it for free through ScriptSourcing.
Yes, as long as they’re in the DentalGuard Preferred Network. Preventive care is covered, and you can choose between a Base or Buy-Up plan depending on how much dental work you expect.
Yes. The plan includes an annual eye exam and an allowance for glasses or contact lenses.
Yes! T&D provides basic life and accidental death & dismemberment coverage at no cost to you. You’ll just need to choose a beneficiary in Employee Navigator.
Yes. You can add coverage for yourself (up to 5x your pay), your spouse, and your children. Premiums come out of your paycheck.
STD helps replace your income if you miss work. You get 60% of your weekly paycheck, starting after 7 days.
